M&R

This cocktail is a riff on the M & M - a one to one ration of mezcal and Amaro Montenegro. But we’re using our RESERVE Bitter No. 02 and a cherry to complement the smoky mezcal.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 ounces RESERVE Home Base Bitter No. 02

1 1/2 ounces mezcal (might we recommend frijolotes)

Optional garnish: luxardo cherry

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into an old fashioned glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with cherry if using.
