Fuzzy Fall Punch

This large-format cocktail is perfect for entertaining because it can be mixed ahead of time and easily assembly for/by each guest.

Ingredients:

1 bottle Home Base Bourbon
2 cups chilled chamomile tea
12 oz honey
1 cup lemon juice (about 6 lemons)
Soda water

Pear, lemon, and/or cinnamon (stick or sprinkle) for garnish.

Dilute honey in hot chamomile tea before chilling. Mix ingredients in punch bowl. Prepare garnish of choice.

To serve: Ladle over ice in glass of choice. Garnish with slice of pear or lemon wheel then sprinkle with ground cinnamon or stick.
