Only a hundred bottles were produced of RESERVE Bitter No. 02: a cocktail-quality, bourbon-barrel-rested bitter liqueur. When first bottling our Bitter No. 02 - made by macerating figs, apricots, and cherries in a grape-brandy base then sweetened with local wildflower honey and bittered with galangal root - we put some in reserve in a Home Base Bourbon barrel for over a year. The result is a sophisticated, luxurious, and unexpected after-dinner drink, or for savoring the moment any time of day.
